QiKU launches Q Terra with twin 13MP rear cameras and Airspace cooling technology for Rs 19,999 in indian market.

Today QiKU has launched Q Terra in indian market available at Rs. 19,999 (with an Q-Invite) while the device is also priced at Rs. 21,999 in the open sale, which is available without an invite. The smartphone will be available for purchase via Gadgets360. The company will start sending out Q-Invites from December 5 and The Q-Invite system specifications will be announced next week.

QiKU Q Tera sports a 6-inch IPS FHD Display with 1080x1920 resolution with a pixel density of 386ppi and It is powered by a 2GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor, coupled with 3GB RAM and 16GB ROM, which is expandable up to 128GB via microSD card. The dual-SIM phone runs on the 360 UI on top of Android 5.1.1. The smartphone is power packed with a 3,700mAh battery.

The smartphone comes with twin rear cameras of 13MP each and an 8MP front camera. and it supports Micro and Nano-SIM. QiKU Q Terra weighs 185gms and comes packed with several other features like fingerprint scanner, App Freeze, Fast Charge and Fast 4G with up to 300mbps speed. Connectivity features include Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth, and GPS.

" We want to build a strong community of Game changers in India and as a special privilege for being part of this community, the brand will extend the Q invite entitling them exclusively to a game changing price of 19,999. This will be the first current generation flagship device globally, to be priced under Rs 20,000." said Varun Sharma, CEO, Qiku India, while announcing the price.

Device has a fingerprint scanner placed towards the back. The company claims that the device can be unlocked in 0.5 seconds. Apart from fingerprint scanning for unlocking, it can also be used to take photos and receive calls respectively. Company also claims that users will be able to uninstall any stock app except for two - Dialler and Messages.

The device uses Corning Gorilla Glass 3 for protection and offers a 2.5D curved glass along with a 1.4mm side bezel. The device also uses an airspace cooling technology which helps to keep the phone cool. It comes with a screen-to-body ratio of 83%.

The QIKU Q Terra 808 comes in silver and gold colors. Invites for the phone will be available on the QiKU website, QiKU forum, and the Gadget 360 website.

iBall launches Andi Sprinter 4G priced at Rs 7,099

Domestic handset maker iBall has launched a new smartphone Andi Sprinter 4G with universal remote functionality, priced at Rs. 7,099. The universal remote lets users control their television sets, set top boxes, DVD players, and more using an IR transmitter. Andi Sprinter 4G comes with support for 9 regional system languages and 21 preloaded languages supporting keyboard.

iBall Andi Sprinter 4G comes with a 5-inch FWVGA IPS display(480x854 pixels) a pixel density of around 195.9ppi. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system. Device is powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT6735M 64-bit processor clocked at 1GHz and Mali-T720 GPU and coupled with 1GB of RAM. Under the hood it comes with 8GB internal storage which is expandable upto 64GB via microSD cards. The battery capacity of smartphone is at 2,100mAh.

Andi Sprinter 4G has an 8-megapixel autofocus rear camera with LED flash and a secondary 3.2-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies. The smartphone can access the internet over 2G, 3G, 4G , while data can be transferred over Bluetooth and microUSB. On the connectivity front, the Andi Sprinter 4G offers 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, A-GPS, Micro-USB. It supports Indian 4G LTE bands (Bands -3,8, and 40) as well.

The smartphone features some preloaded apps as well including Privacy Guard, Backup and Restore, BlackBox, Citrus Cube, Clean Master, Hungama Music, and others. A free protective cover also comes with the smartphone.

At this price point, the chief competitors of iBall Andi Sprinter 4G are Lenovo A6000 Plus, Xiaomi Redmi 2 Prime, Asus Zenfone Go, Lenovo Vibe P1m and Samsung Galaxy J2, among others. The smartphone will be available in gold and wine colours variants and will soon be available soon in all major retail stores across the country.

Samsung launches Galaxy On5 (Rs 8,990), Galaxy On7 (Rs 10,990) in India.

Samsung is now trying to expanding their business by Galaxy On series. During an event held in Delhi Samsung has launched two new mobiles in its Galaxy On series namely: Galaxy On5 and Galaxy On7, priced at Rs 8,990 and Rs 10,990 respectiely. Both the smartphones will be exclusively available via Flipkart and will go on sale tonight.

Samsung Galaxy On5 sports a 5-inch HD TFT display with 1280 x 720 pixels of resolution. Under the hood, it comes powered by an 1.3GHz Exynos 3475 SoC quad-core processor coupled with 1.5GB of RAM. It gets 8GB in-built storage, which will be expandable upto 128GB via microSD card slot. The device runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop. It measures 142.3x72.1x8.5mm, and weighs 149 grams. It is power packed with a 2600mAh battery, which will deliver talk time up to 15 hours.

It sports an 8-megapixel rear autofocus camera and a 5-megapixel front camera. Connectivity options on the device includes Bluetooth, GPS, Glonass, Micro-USB, 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n. 4G enabled.

Features of Galaxy On7 are nearly same as Galaxy On5, only differences are larger display, battery, a higher resolution sensor and a different processor. It features a 5.5-inch HD (720x1280 pixels) TFT display, and runs on a 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 410 SoC coupled with 1.5GB of RAM. It sports 8GB of in-built memory which is expandable up to 128GB via microSD card. The device also runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop. It is powered by a 3000mAh battery.

It also sports an 13-megapixel rear autofocus camera and a 5-megapixel front camera. Connectivity options on the device includes 4G LTE, Bluetooth, GPS, Glonass, Micro-USB, 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n. It measures 151.8x77.5x8.2mm, and weighs 172 grams.

Samsung smartphones are preloaded with its Mix Radio app, which will be available in Tamil, Punjabi, Bengali, Kannada, Malyalam, Bhojpuri, Oriya, Rajasthani etc.

Swipe launches Elite 2 smartphone with 1GB RAM and 4G LTE, priced at Rs 4,666.

On Friday domestic brand Swipe Technologies launched its first affordable 4G LTE-enabled smartphone Elite 2, priced at Rs. 4,666. Swipe Elite 2 It will exclusively available from Flipkart starting from November 8th. 

The new phone packs a 4.5-inch qHD display and will be powered by a 64-bit 1.3 GHz quad-core 64-bit MediaTek processor and is coupled with 1 GB RAM. The phone has a inbuit memory of 8 GB which is expandable up to 32 GB via SD card. The handset is power packed with a 1,900 mAH battery and Device runs on Swipe’s own Freedom OS with Android 5.1 (Lollipop).

Founder and chief executive of Swipe Technologies, Shripal Gandhi, said “Elite has been a huge success for Swipe, and it was sold out on Flipkart in record time when the device was launched in August this year. For Indian customers, quality wins over everything else. Keeping this in mind, we are coming up with this exciting new offering."

In addition Gandhi said, that "The company planned to hold special preview for customers in select cities. We are also partnering with Uber to give free rides for preview for the tech-savvy, aspirational online customers to get their hands on this new device before placing the order online.”

The Device comes with a 8 megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 5 megapixel front camera. It also has dual SIM support, similar to most other Swipe smartphones. Swipe’s new Freedom OS has off-screen gestures, Swipe Search to search local files and the internet quickly, Swipe Box online storage with 100GB of free storage, Themes and more customization options.

The Swipe ELITE 2 comes in only Black color variant . Swipe said that the smartphone will be exclusively available for Uber riders from October 30 to November 7 and the sale will be open only in Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Delhi for one week, before it goes on sale on Flipkart.

Intex launched Cloud Swift With 5 inch Screen, 4G LTE Support at Rs. 8,888

Intex on friday has launched a new smartphone under 10k - Cloud Swift, priced at Rs. 8888. The smartphone will be exclusively avialable via Snapdeal. While registrations have already began, it will go on sale starting from October 20.

Intex’s Cloud Swift comes with a 5-inch HD (720x1280 pixels) IPS display with a pixel density of 320ppi and is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735A SoC processor coupled with 3GB of RAM. It runs Android OS Lollipop 5.1. The screen of device is also covered with Dragontrail Glass protection to prevent scratches. It offers is 16GB of inbuilt storage which can be expanded upto 128GB with an microSD card slot. The device is power packed with a 2500mAh battery, which Intex claims is decent enough to offer up to 8 hours of talktime and deliver up to 400 hours of standby time. Intex has also adds features like HotKnot and smart wake in the device.

The smartphone comes with 8-megapixel rear camera and 5-megapixel front camera. The camera interface also includes voice capture and slow motion video capture among other features. Zopo launched Speed 7 Plus in India at Rs 14,999.

After launching Zopo Speed 7, Now Zopo come again with all new smartphone Zopo Speed 7 Plus at a price of Rs 14,999 and will be exclusively available via Amazon India and will
go on sale from October 25 . The smartphone is an upgrade to the Zopo Speed 7 that was launched in August in India.

The Zopo Speed 7 Plus comes with a 5.5-inch IPS display with a full-HD (1080x1920 pixels)  with full high definition resolution. The handset is powered by 1.5GHz octa-core MediaTek
(MT6753) 64bit processor coupled with 3 GB RAM. The Zopo Speed 7 Plus comes with Android 5.1 Lollipop. The smartphone includes 16 GB internal memory, which can be further expanded upto 64GB. Device sports a 3000 mAh battery that promises 120 hours of standby.
The handset also features a 13 megapixel rear camera with LED flash, and a 5 megapixel front camera. The handset measures 76.5mm*153.6mm*8.5mm and weighs 150 grams. Zopo has launched the Speed 7 Plus smartphone in collaboration with domestic feature phone brand Adcom, which will sell, market and service its phones in the country. The Zopo Speed 7 Plus will be available in two colour variants - Black, White.

Micromax Launches Bolt Q331, Bolt Q338 and Bolt S302 in India.

Yesterday Micromax has expanded its Bolt series by launching three new smartphones namely Bolt S302, Bolt Q331, and Bolt Q338, priced at Rs. 3,199, Rs. 4,999, and Rs. 6,499, respectively. The company is also offering 200MB of free Internet data only for WhatsApp or talk time worth Rs. 40 per month for five months from Airtel. 

"Around 70-80 million Indians convert from their feature phones to smartphones every year and more and more consumers will use a smartphone for their initial computing and Internet needs leapfrogging the PC and laptop generation. We believe that smartphones will play a significant role in meeting PM's 'Digital India' vision to connect the next billion. Micromax, being a front runner in the sub 7.5k mass segment handsets, has taken a step ahead in its philosophy of democratizing technology to the masses and has come up with a special program to enable the consumers to take the next technological leap towards the smartphones from feature phones," said Shubhajit Sen, CMO, Micromax Informatics during the launch.



The Micromax Bolt Q331 sports a 5-inch (480x854 pixels) IPS display. It is powered by a quad-core Spreadtrum (SC7731G) processor clocked at 1.2GHz coupled with 512MB of RAM. It also runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat and It comes along with 5-megapixel autofocus rear camera with LED flash alongside a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. It has 4GB of inbuilt storage which can be further expanded via microSD card (up to 32GB). The Bolt Q331 packs a 2000mAh battery which is rated to deliver up to 6 hours of talk time and up to 200 hours of standby time. Connectivity options include 3G , Bluetooth , Wi-Fi and USB. The smartphone is backed by a 2000mAh battery that is rated to deliver up to 7.5 hours talk time, and 360 hours of standby time.
The Bolt Q338 has a 5-inch (720x1280 pixels) IPS display. Device is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek (MT6580) processor coupled with 1GB of RAM. The phone runs on latest Android Lollipop 5.1 and It sports an 8-megapixel rear camera and 5-megapixel front facing camera. The phone comes with 8GB built-in storage and 32GB expandable via microSD. Connectivity options include 3G , Bluetooth , Wi-Fi and USB.



The Bolt S302 has a 4-inch WVGA (480x800 pixels) TFT display and is powered by a 1GHz single-core Spreadtrum (SC7715) processor coupled with 512MB of RAM. It runs on Android 4.4.3 It comes with 4GB of built-in storage, supports 32GB of expandable storage via microSD. The phone sports 2-megapixel rear camera and 1.3-megapixel front facing camera. It is powered packed by a 1,450 mAh battery that is rated to deliver up to 4 hours of talk time and up to 200 hours of standby time. Connectivity options include Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, Micro-USB, GPRS/ EDGE, A-GPS, and 3G.

Preloaded apps on the Micromax Bolt smartphones include Chaatz, CleanMaster, Newshunt, SwiftKey, Snapdeal, Saavn, Quikr, Hike, and Hotstar apps. Also onboard is the Firstouch launcher. The dual-SIM smartphones support 3G connectivity and come pre-loaded with Firstouch, a translator app. The app, besides translating English language to native language, also lets users access apps in App Bazaar in their preferred language.

Panasonic presents P50 Idol And P65 Flash Priced at Rs. 6,790 And Rs. 8,290.

Now a days, Every Brand is launching its new smartphones in this festive season. Now, Panasonic presents its two new budget smartphones in P series named P50 Idol and P65 Flash, priced at Rs. 6,790 and Rs. 8,290 respectively. Both smartphones features similar innards with the battery and screen size being the only difference.


The P50 Idol comes with 5 inch IPS HD (1280 x 720 pixels) LCD display including stylish contour edges for a sleek profile. The P50 Idol however adds a faux brushed metal look that mimics what you get on the ASUS Zenfone 2 and the LG G3 smartphones. It is powered packed with a 2150mAh battery.
